The Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) located in Alexandria, VA, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with Concur knowledge to carry out the operational functions in accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and general ledger for the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and the AMCP Foundation.
The Staff Accountant manages and monitors Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), utilizing Concur and iMIS database. This role is responsible for preparing monthly journal entries and assisting with month end processing, reconciling the general ledger schedule, and assisting with the annual audit.
AMCP is seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in AP, AR, and GL utilizing Concur expense reporting and invoicing. Expertise with Concur and some experience in the non-profit association arena is required, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience using iMIS database, Solomon, and ADP is a plus.
