City Year Seattle/King County is seeking a talented individual to join team as the Impact Analytics Manager. This position will play an integral role in our Impact Department as well as support our Development and People and Operations Teams. This is the perfect position for a person-centered, detail-oriented, and Excel/data system expert. This individual will enjoy being highly collaborative, will seek to understand and build equitable and anti-racist processes, and can navigate multiple Excel/data systems.
A member of our Impact Department, the Impact Analytics Manager will report to our Learning and Development Director and will work closely with members of the Seattle/King County site to:
1. Develop evaluation data systems and tools to capture outputs and outcome data.
2. Monitor data quality and integrity through reports and provide updates to other departments.
3. Serve an important role in analyzing and communicating data to multiple audiences.
4. Facilitate trainings and data review meetings for AmeriCorps Members and staff.
