Child and Family Therapist for Fast Break Program

Association to Benefit Children's Fast Break 115th program is currently seeking a Full Time Master's Level Child and Family Therapist.

Primary responsibilities and duties include:

• Provide individual and family therapy to a caseload of children and adolescents
• Maintain accurate client charts which include documentation of sessions and timely formulation of treatment plans
• Collateral work with caregivers to support treatment plan goals and parenting
• Collaboration with schools and other involved service providers Participation in weekly supervision, team meetings and trainings as required
• Conduct psychosocial intakes and diagnostic assessments Participate in on call coverage rotation

Qualifications:

• Valid license in New York as an LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LCAT
• Experience providing mental health services to children in a clinical setting
• Bilingual English /Spanish highly desired
• Comfort using technology and documenting in an electronic health system
• Excellent organizational, time-management, written and communication skills
• Flexibility to respond to changing circumstances and client needs

Schedule: 11AM - 7PM

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
