    Executive Administrative Assistant

    The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring BeyondHome operates efficiently and effectively. Acting as the central hub of the office, this position facilitates seamless communication between departments, supports leadership, and enhances organizational effectiveness. The role requires a commitment to excellence, teamwork, and reflecting the mission and Christian values of BeyondHome.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leadership & Administrative Support: Assist Executive and Associate Directors, manage calendars, prepare board materials, track grants, and coordinate interdepartmental communication.
    • Database Management: Maintain and optimize databases, train staff, track tasks, and generate reports.
    • Personnel Support: Assist with hiring processes, onboarding, personnel file management, and staff training.
    • Records Management: Maintain filing systems, scan/store records per legal guidelines.
    • Meetings & Events: Schedule meetings, set up rooms, take notes, and coordinate logistics.
    • Office Management: Answer calls, manage supplies, coordinate repairs, and oversee general administrative tasks.
    • Communication & Engagement: Compile and distribute weekly E-News, maintain a collaborative work environment, and support internal communication.
    • Other Duties: Uphold team collaboration and perform additional tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and database management.
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in nonprofit or administrative support roles preferred.
    • Commitment to BeyondHome’s mission, values, and continuous improvement.
