Shepherd’s Table is now hiring for a Volunteer Coordinator. This is a 30 hour position which includes flexible scheduling including days, evenings and weekends.
The Volunteer Coordinator provides leadership and support to our volunteer program, an essential component of the mission of Shepherd’s Table. The Volunteer Coordinator carries out the details of recruiting, scheduling, directing, training and supporting the work of over 1,500 volunteers each year. The Volunteer Coordinator serves as the primary contact for all individuals, groups, and businesses for service volunteer opportunities. Recruiting new volunteers is all categories is essential to our mission. The Volunteer Coordinator initiates, updates, and maintains the new Volunteer Hub database. The Volunteer Coordinator also supports Shepherd’s Table fundraising events and assists in day to day operations as needed.

Our next Volunteer Coordinator must have: strong people skills, strong leadership skills, great attention to detail, strong communication skills, database management skills, and a friendly disposition..
