Description
Legacy International is seeking an upbeat, highly organized woman committed to creating cross-cultural exchanges with amazing results for a group of talented teenage woman from across the Middle East.
Design and implement an exchange program for 32 young women from the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Region and US. This a a four month engagement with virtual and in-person learning components. The Program Coordinator must be a US citizen, have previous youth work experience in a residential setting, have a passion for tech innovation and knowledge of the MENA region.
Dates of employment: June 1 - Sept 30, 2018 (Potential for on going year round employment.)
TechGirls is a U.S. Department of State initiative and exchange program designed to inspire young women from the Middle East and North Africa to pursue higher education and careers in technology through hands-on skills development. It is administered by Legacy International in partnership with Virginia Tech.
