The Role

 

We are looking for a Partnerships Development Manager to deliver long-term funding partnerships to realise Oxfam’s vision of a just world without poverty. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of current partnerships with Charitable Trusts and Foundations as well as meeting overall financial targets through excellent relationship management.

 

You will also work closely with the Oxfam programme teams to manage existing contracts and new grants, ensuring accountability for our supporters and high quality reporting as well as work closely with Oxfam affiliate counterparts to ensure effective collaboration to maximise opportunities across the Oxfam confederation.

 

This is a highly unique opportunity to make a true difference to the work of the Trust and Foundation Partnerships Team as well as foster a stronger relationship with our external partners!

 

What we are looking for

 

Our next Partnerships Development Manager will be a confident and adept fundraiser with the ability to manage a portfolio of relationships as well as anticipate and act on opportunities as they arise.

 

You will also have at least two years trusts and foundations, corporate or institutional fundraising experience with a strong track record of successfully securing six or seven figure partnerships. You will also have the ability to manage and drive forward projects and initiatives in a large complex organisation as well as a strong track record of influencing and negotiating with senior level stakeholders.
