Job Description

The Enrollment Associate is responsible for supporting organizational Enrollment efforts and network-wide resources and processes for the Home Office and Regional teams. They will problem solve systematic challenges and ensure teams are equipped to meet enrollment targets in all regions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Collaborating with functional partners to support enrollment projects and building standard methodologies, processes, and guidelines to ensure high quality execution.
  • Building and own org-wide enrollment calendar along with processes for its ongoing communication, updating and sourcing.
  • Ensuring accurate data in all of our systems; update, analyze, and report on data to help identify and address trends in real time to refine strategies as needed.

Communications

  • Authoring regular updates to partners at all levels of the organization

Qualifications

  • Has 2+ years experience in recruitment, sales or operations work.
  • Has excellent data management and analytics skills and is highly organized.
  • Enjoys collaborating with others to problem-solve and find sustainable solutions.
  • Loves multitasking and can lead multiple ongoing projects with ease.
  • Enjoys learning new skills and software applications.
  • Is a strong communicator.
  • Enjoys learning through experience and feedback, taking initiative to make improvements or solve problems, and can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
