Part-time Administrative Specialist in the PROS program.

Job Description:

The Administrative Specialist reports to the Senior Vice President for PROS, and is the lead on a variety of administrative and clerical functions. They support an interdisciplinary team of recovery providers, as well as serve as the first point of contact for participants upon entry. This position is in-person, and currently part-time (14 hours a week). Opportunity for increased hours depends on program need in the future.


Pay/ Compensation:

Salary range is $17- $20 per hour depending on experience.

 

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have 3+ years prior experience as an administrative assistant, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, use of various internet platforms is required. Fluency in Spanish and prior experience working in mental health services is preferred.
