Position Overview: The Office Manager/HR Administrator will be responsible for supervising all internal and external office requirements as well as updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Working with the Leadership team, this position will contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for organizational events and programs and maintain the office calendar.
  • Order office supplies and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Act as liaison with building management.
  • Provide administrative support to Executive Director and Board of Directors.
  • Support Finance Controller as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

HR Administrator

  • Supervise and input all employee information in the HR/Payroll System. Validate that all employee information in the system is accurate and update the system with any required changes on a timely basis.
  • Track deadlines and remind staff of tasks to be completed such as courses, approving payroll hours, etc.
  • Act as liaison with all benefit vendors and provide timely updates on employee information changes.
  • Assist staff in any interaction with benefit providers.
  • Develop and provide any HR/Payroll reports as requested by the Executive Director or Senior Staff.
  • Manage all aspects of annual benefits open enrollment in the fourth quarter of 2020 including coordinating training/information sessions for staff, researching options and making recommendations to the senior team, 
  • Post open positions and support hiring process.
  • Perform other HR related tasks as assigned by the Executive Director and senior staff.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous projects and deadlines
  • Professional written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated attention to details
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Desire to work in a collaborative environment but able to work independently
  • Tech savvy
