to a brighter future. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and

marketing support. This role will be comfortable in maintaining online and in-person marketing

strategies and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives for reaching

our clients. An understanding of previously homeless individuals and families will be an


COVID-19 procedures and policies in place, equipment provided. Please send resume and cover

Essential Job Duties:

1. Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives

2. Identify and propose ideas and initiatives to help promote awareness of the COH brand to

all clients

3. Actively manage all social media accounts

4. Regularly update the COH website, including well-researched interest blogs written on

topics for COH clients

5. Create training flyers

6. Plan and compile the COH newsletter

7. Maintain the COH distribution list

8. Cultivate relationships and partnerships within the community for marketing purposes and

building the COH brand

9. Develop and implement planning to increase class attendance and client outreach

10. Manage booths and represent the COH program at public events

11. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve strategic goals

Non-Essential Job Duties:

1. Other duties as assigned


 1 – 2 years marketing/brand management experience

 Social media platform marketing experience

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Ability to manage multiple priorities

 Skilled with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

 Work collaboratively in a group setting

 Effective telephone and interpersonal skills along with the ability to multi-task

 Cold calling and networking experience

 Able to perform all aspects of the job required


 Bachelor preferred

 Writing blogs and inspiring narratives

 Website management

 Basic graphic design software experience

 Knowledge of all current mainstream social networking platforms

that are over 25 lbs. must be lifted, carried, pushed, pulled, or moved with proper equipment

for assistance (dolly) and proper safety procedures must also be followed.

 Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color

vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

 Ability to work in a general office environment as well as outdoor environment. Possible

exposure to weather—heat, wet, cold, wind, and noise.
