    Position Summary:

    WeAchieve, Inc. is hiring a strategic, systems-focused HR leader to join our People & Culture team as the Assistant Director of People & Culture, Systems & Compliance. This onsite role is central to ensuring compliance, optimizing our HRIS (Paycom, transitioning to UKG), managing benefits programs, and enhancing operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS to improve HR workflows and data management.
      • Process and track all Personnel Action Forms (PAFs), ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
      • Oversee benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary plans.
      • Serve as liaison to external vendors and brokers for benefits and compliance reporting.
      • Monitor and support compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
      • Support annual audits, compliance filings (EEO-1, VETS 100), and benefits invoice reconciliation.
      • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure policy and documentation compliance.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally to support a compliant, employee-centered workplace.

    Requirements:

      • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a focus in systems, compliance, and benefits administration.
      • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Paycom or UKG a plus.
      • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and reporting standards.
      • Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and process improvement.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
