Dynamite Girls International

Founded in 2021, Dynamite Girls International is a grassroots nonprofit working to close the leadership and opportunity gap for girls and youth in public schools across Ghana. Through mentorship, transformational leadership workshops, role model representation, and community engagement, we equip students with the tools they need to lead with confidence and purpose.Over the years, DGI has directly impacted more than 600 students, with indirect reach touching thousands of families and educators. We are currently expanding our efforts through an after-school program and fellowship model that brings together passionate change makers to co-create and deliver meaningful youth development experiences.We believe that when girls rise, communities transform and we are building the next generation of leaders one life at a time.
