Loyola Law School Center for Juvenile Law and Policy

The Center was founded with the goal of fostering systemic reform of the Los Angeles County juvenile justice system. Through research, public education and advocacy, the Center works to improve the quality of juvenile delinquency representation, reduce minority over-representation in the juvenile justice system, decrease the rate that children are prosecuted as adults and re-direct the juvenile justice system to its original purpose of individualized, community-based rehabilitation.
