About the Campaign:
Sam Jammal is running in California’s 39th Congressional District, which includes northern Orange County, eastern Los Angeles County, and southwestern San Bernardino County. We are running for an open seat that will be vacated by incumbent Republican Ed Royce who announced in early January that he will not be seeking reelection. This district is one of the top districts likely to flip because Hillary Clinton won the district by 8.6% in 2016 and the Cook Political Report rates this seat as “Leans Democratic.” This race is critical for Democrats to win to take back Control of Congress.
