Our Vision - Working Toward One Day We aim to work in partnership with the Dallas–Fort Worth community to dramatically increase college readiness by 2020. In support of this work, TFA–DFW will impact 100,000 students daily throughout the Metroplex by the end of the decade.

Our Story - Creating Progress & Persistence for Students - A community-wide effort is building to improve the present reality for students attending public school in Dallas-Fort Worth. By relentlessly pursuing what is best for kids, our corps members and alumni are working with local partners to blaze a trail for lasting change for all students in the Metroplex.This year, our 360 corps members teaching in 6 school districts will work to close this opportunity gap. These teachers join more than 550 alumni working in education across DFW. Together, they will impact more than 55,000 students daily.Currently, only 14 percent of students graduate high school prepared for success in college. By 2020, we aim to work in partnership with the community to triple the number of high school students graduating college-ready. In support of this work, TFA–DFW will impact 100,000 students throughout the Metroplex by the end of the decade.
