    The Raleigh Radiance's mission is to promote women and nonbinary people in the sport of ultimate frisbee through professional showcase games, youth coaching, and community engagement. We strive to operate through a lens of gender, racial, and socioeconomic equity and justice.

    About Us

    The Raleigh Radiance a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and an elite semi-professional ultimate frisbee team for women and transgender, intersex, non-binary, genderqueer, and genderfluid people. We are a member of the Premier Ultimate League (PUL). We use our platform to enhance our community and strive for gender, racial, and socioeconomic equity. The Radiance was founded in 2018 and recruits across North Carolina and beyond.
