First Parish of Wayland

The First Parish in Wayland is a vibrant and inclusive Unitarian Universalist congregation, a religious community striving to deepen our spiritual lives and make a positive difference in the world. We come together to share in the ongoing search for truth by exploring religious, ethical, intellectual, and social ideas, and to deepen our connections with one another by sharing in worship, social action, and social activities. We are affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist Association of North America.

Our principles guide us to respect the inherent worth and dignity of all individuals, and we welcome people in all walks of life who might find meaning in our emphasis on personal religious integrity and commitment. Designated by the Unitarian Universalist Association as a Welcoming Congregation, we extend a warm welcome to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.
