The Phillips Black Project, a nonprofit, public interest law practice, seeks candidates to lead the administration of its offices nationwide. It is anticipated that the position will be based in it St. Louis Office. Phillips Black is committed to providing the highest quality representation to individuals facing the severest penalties under law, focusing on death penalty and juvenile life without parole cases. From primary offices in San Francisco, St. Louis, Austin, Philadelphia, and New York, Phillips Black attorneys represent inmates across the United States at all stages of litigation. In addition, our principal attorneys conduct clinical education and training with law schools nationwide and carry out research and publishing on the administration of criminal justice.
