About Us

About Us

Child Care Resources (CCR) has been at the forefront of the early learning landscape for over 30 years ensuring that all children have equitable access to safe, engaging, and positive early learning experiences that promote school readiness and lifetime success. With a staff of over 140 and a budget of $27.2 million (99% publicly funded), CCR provides a broad array of services for families and child care providers so that they in turn can support the development and well-being of our children.

Our Mission

Child Care Resources improves all children’s access to high quality early learning experiences by engaging with families, caregivers, and communities. Embedded in Child Care Resources’ daily work is identifying and addressing racism so that all children thrive in their early learning environments.

Our Vision

That every child has a great start in school and in life.

Our Values

  • We Are Stronger Together.
  • We Seek Continuous Learning and Improvement.
  • We Honor Community Strengths.

CCR & Racial Equity

Children are deeply harmed by the inequities of race and class that they experience in our early learning system. Child Care Resources is dedicated to eliminating institutional racism within our organization and our community.
