    Sierra Pregnancy + Health provides hope for women and men facing unplanned or unsupported pregnancies by showing them they matter. Their story, life, and voice matter, always!

    Sierra Pregnancy + Health (SPH) was founded in 1999 as a free, faith-based pregnancy resource center in Auburn. In 2015, SPH moved to Roseville and became a state licensed medical clinic in response to the growing healthcare and support service needs in Sacramento and Placer Counties. We offer a safe, judgement-free, confidential experience. To this day, services at SPH remain free of charge-funding coming 100% from private donations-accepting no federal or state monies.
