Kale Uganda takes a holistic approach to local economic development through the JEP. Through JEP’s microcredit programme, approved community members in groups of five receive loans and participate in a twenty-week long entrepreneurship. The micro finance project supports over 10 different groups of women and youth with start-up loans at very low interest rates. The project provides loans to primary to women, teachers, and young adults at an interest rate designed to merely facilitate the recovery of Kale’s operational cost.

Life Skills Programme (LSP)

Our Life Skills Program promotes the development of vitally important critical thinking and creative skills amongst students to supplement their standard school curriculum. We design and deliver initiatives that are fun, engaging, and promote creative and critical thinking. These programs incorporate useful life skills, to prepare them for life after education but also outside their educational environment.
