The Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH) Foundation
The FH Foundation is a patient-centered nonprofit organization. Our mission is to raise awareness of Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH) through education, advocacy, and research. Our goal is to save lives through increasing the rate of early diagnosis and encouraging proactive treatment. If left untreated, this life-threatening genetic disorder leads to aggressive cardiovascular disease in men, women, and children.
The FH Foundation works in cooperation with patients, healthcare professionals, the public health sector and corporations. We are dedicated to serving those affected by FH and advancing the science behind it.
