Adams County Connections is a mentoring program designed to serve at-risk youth in middle schools located in the Colorado Adams 50 school district. Adult volunteer mentors will serve as friends and role models to youth, with matches spending a minimum of 8 hours per month together one-on-one. Activities include life skills trainings, sports and cultural events, community service projects, and more simple bonding activities. The goal of the program is to improve the academic and life goals and outcomes for the youth, while giving them a positive support person to help them navigate adolescence.
