    Our mission at Africana Community Rehabilitation Organization is to promote sustainable community development by empowering local population with knowledge and skills to make sound livelihood choices.

    About Us

    Africana Community Rehabilitation Organization (ACRO) is a non profit organization which is based in Tanzania. It was founded in 2007 with the aim of improving the lives of community people through the knowledge and skills gained from our various programmes established by ACRO.

    ACRO works in the area of environmental conservation and aquaculture promotion to community people.

    Projects which are run at present include nutritional support to orphans and vulnerable children through integrated fish farming, women group fish farming, compost teaching to primary school children and ecological training to primary school kids.
