    The Thea Bowman Center is a welcoming, collaborative community of neighbors, volunteers, friends and staff dedicated to supporting the spirit and enhancing the quality of life of the Mt. Pleasant community.

    About Us

    Thea Bowman Center will provide educational, health, cultural and social services using a holistic approach with Mt. Pleasant residents. The Center will collaborate with other organizations to offer a safe, healthy environment and a range of services, including computer labs, a music school and other educational support programs. Thus, Thea Bowman Center will provide outreach to residents of the neighborhood that empowers, enhances, and enriches the lives of families in the community.
