  • Mission

New Life Transitions of Northern Illinois’s vision is to help willing clients achieve their goals for a fresh start. We provide transitional services to formerly incarcerated individuals who are motivated to make a new start for themselves. Some of these services include transitional housing, counseling, vocational assistance, life skills development, and other similar services to provide an opportunity to begin a new life. In some cases, New Life Transitions can support Neuro/Biofeedback to help those with damaged or toxic brains. Some deviant behaviors occur because a toxic brain can hijack behavior. Our RISE Program is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and can begin after a person is stabilized with Neuro/Bio-feedback.

    About Us

We see ourselves helping people reenter society or change before they are incarcerated and build what we call a "stable table". The stable table involves helping reconnect with society and helping to build and maintain their sanity and spiritual life. We work together to connect with other organizations in Northern Illinois. We are recruiting "Guides" or mentors to help people build their stable table.
