Nonprofit Leadership:

The Nonprofit Leadership program provides practical knowledge to lead organizational change, craft successful fundraising strategy, and develop social enterprises for nonprofits. Students learn to think critically and act strategically and ethically to serve mission-driven organizations while expanding their management acumen and ability to lead.

As the nonprofit sector continues to grow, skills to drive sustainability and innovative programs are crucial to a wide range of professions. From director of operations and program manager to development officer and social venture advisor, the skills gained in the Nonprofit Leadership program will help students become impactful leaders.

Earn a master’s degree in as few as 18 months or a graduate certificate in as few as six months. The program is comprised of career-focused, immediately applicable, entirely online courses that will train you in tomorrow’s skills today. The Nonprofit Leadership programs offers concentrations in Executive Leadership and Governance; Mission-Driven Operations and Management; Philanthropy and Resource Development; and Social Enterprise, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Global Community Engagement:

This program creatively links coursework with pressing local and global issues like migration, environmental decline, and poverty. Explore the intersection of race, class, gender, and religion to make better organizational decisions. Work skillfully across cultures to advocate for marginalized people.

At a time of domestic discord and vexing global struggles, the skills to navigate globally connected and culturally diverse environments are crucial for success in a wide range of professions. From human resources and international trade professionals to law enforcement officers and social activists, the skills gained in the Global Community Engagement program will help students be effective community, business, and international leaders.

·      Develop advocacy strategies to solve community challenges
