About Us

The B.A. Rudolph Foundation envisions a society in which women have equal access to professional

opportunities and development. Its mission champions the educational and professional development of women for whom a small amount of support could make a significant difference.

The B.A. Rudolph Foundation currently offers three scholarships for women annually: the Undergraduate Public Service Scholarship, Graduate Public Service Scholarship, and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Scholarship.

The public service scholarships are for students or recent grads completing unpaid internships with Washington-based organizations focused on government, public service, non-profit endeavors, and women’s rights.

The STEM Scholarship is open to women completing un- or under-paid internships anywhere in the United States related to STEM.

Successful applicants are awarded a financial stipend, paired with mentors, and provided networking and professional development opportunities.
