Our data and research shape lasting change that addresses the economic effects of slavery and patriarchal policies, removes barriers to financial security, and shrinks the gender and racial wealth gap.

Since our founding in 2005, our products and practices have set the national standard for inclusive financial coaching. Over 6,000 practitioners across 46 states have used our platform to build their practice, connect with each other, and amplify their impact.
