Saath’s mission is to improve the health of South Asians in Southern California through the use of effective health programs implemented in faith and other community settings. This mission is accomplished through collaboration with universities to conduct research involving South Asians, and through community experts trained to provide culturally-sensitive health education to South Asians. Saath also advocates on behalf of South Asians on issues affecting the community’s health. Saath has established a toll-free hotline number for cancer survivors to call: 1-866-459-8474.
