People with intellectual disabilities and autism in Guatemala face barriers that make it difficult for them to be a part of the education system, find a job and be active members of our society.
78% of the population with this condition lack access to healthcare, education, adequate nutrition, work, and social opportunities.
With your help, children and young adults with intellectual disabilities and autism will receive special education and therapies to strengthen their academic, social, and work skills, improving their quality of life.
We serve more than 500 individuals in two campuses. Our children come from low income families, we strive to keep their costs low and therefore depend upon donations and volunteers.
