    WE WERE ALL BORN TO FLOURISH To flourish people need resources - affirmation, capital, networks, information, positive role models, know-how, savings, mentors, and status. All Flourish is a 501(c)3 that empowers under-resourced people to flourish by securing and sharing cash and other tangible resources directly with individuals to help address everyday needs, deal with unexpected challenges, and achieve their aspirations.

    About Us

    We have three main way to engage:

    1. Sponsor students on our partner platform Backrs

    Subsidize the access to Backrs platform for grantees, schools, and/or youth-oriented nonprofits

    • Students gain a team of virtual mentors, an individual Flourish fund, human coaching, and access to programming
    • Access to backrs platform is $5-$25 per student per month

    2.Invest in the Flourish Funds of a cohort of proteges

    Contribute to the Flourish Funds of select, eligible, high-performing young people, e.g.,

    • Existing grantees
    • One or more universities
    • One or more MSAs
    • Student affinity
    • Generate detailed activity and outcomes data

    3.Sponsor research

    Design and co-fund research with Backrs, All Flourish, and/or nonprofit partner on impact of social and financial capital

    Potential topics to test:

    • Efficacy of different mentoring combinations
    • Efficacy of cash stipend as a complement to other programming
    • Impact of forms of cash (e.g., stipend, micro-grant, bond)
    • Exposure vs. access
