Atlas Corps is a social enterprise committed to talent, leader, and leadership development. We leverage international exchange and virtual leader development to inspire social change leaders on a global scale. We were founded on the idea that talent exists everywhere in the world, but opportunity does not. We believe that those organizations that make a difference for people at home and abroad deserve access to the best global talent. We find diverse global talent, develop leaders, and strengthen organizations through training and fellowship programs and an alumni community of skilled social change professionals.

We celebrated our 15-year anniversary in 2021 and we look for individuals eager to be part of our next phase of global growth. Since 2006, Atlas Corps has connected 1,500+ talented professionals from 115 countries with 300+ of mission-driven organizations in the U.S. The result is a network of social change leaders empowered by professional development and cross-cultural exchange in the United States that is prepared to support ongoing growth in their home countries. Atlas Corps has been profiled as a “best practice” in international exchange by the Brookings Institution and featured in the Washington Post as a model social entrepreneurship program.
