The Partnership CDC
The Partnership CDC is dedicated to addressing the issues of affordable housing and economic development in West and Southwest Philadelphia. More specifically, The Partnership CDC develops affordable housing for low and moderate-income families in Philadelphia County for both rental and homeownership. The Partnership CDC also provides homeownership education to first-time home-buyers. In the area of economic development, The Partnership CDC acts as a broker to attract new businesses to West Philadelphia, creating new jobs and helping to retain existing businesses. The Partnership has defined its target area as 40th Street to 63rd Street and Market Street to Baltimore Avenue. At present, The Partnership CDC works in three primary program areas: affordable housing development, homeownership education and economic development.
