NestQuest Houston Inc

NestQuest’s mission is to change the future of Houston's children, by providing under-resourced families who receive Housing Choice Vouchers with access to great homes and exceptional schools. NestQuest’s ultimate mission is to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and systemic segregation in schools.

In operation since 2017, NestQuest has secured homes and provided stability for over 70 families in Houston, enabling 200 children to transfer from underperforming schools to A+ to B graded public schools. 

Our small team of 4 women is innovative, energetic, and passionate about supporting under-resourced families. We currently support 39 families, 90 students, 12 future students, and 6 graduates through our Housing and Education Stability program. To date, NestQuest has paid over $2million in rent to ensure that under-resourced families can live in safe, healthy homes near high-ranking public schools. 

Since the first family joined the program in 2018, NestQuest has served over 70 unique households ensuring that over 200 students could enroll at exceptional public schools.
