Youth Peer Leadership Program

The Teen Drop-In Center is designed to meet the special needs and interests of young people ages 11-18+. It is open daily from 3:00pm-7:00pm with two late nights until 9pm.
The goals of the Youth Peer Leadership program is to:
1) Provide resources, in service workshops and presentations for youth in the surrounding communities.
2) to help youth develop self-confidence, build self-esteem; develop a sense of responsibility and to experience viable choices for productive adulthood.
3) to provide innovative programs for the youth in the surrounding communities.
4) to help youth identify their resiliencies and build on their strengths and weaknesses.
YPLP provides educational, developmental, cultural and recreational activities.
