Integrate - Autism Employment Advisors

Integrate is a non-profit organization founded in 2010 whose mission is to help organizations identify, recruit and retain qualified professionals on the autism spectrum. We are an employer focused organization whose goal is to increase inclusive competitive employment opportunities for college graduates with autism. Integrate educates companies about the skills and talents of individuals with autism, works with them to create an inclusive environment for employees on the spectrum, conducts searches for organizations to identify qualified job candidates with autism and provides onboarding support to both employers and employees on the spectrum through a transition period.
