The Artivist Film Festival, a unique showcase of films exploring socially active themes, has selected its 2011 features and short film line-up for the festival’s eighth annual Hollywood edition, to be held August 18-20 at the historic Egyptian Theater on Hollywood Boulevard.
All feature film presentations at the 2011 Artivist Film Festivals represent the Los Angeles premieres. Both the features and short films speak to the mission of Artivist Collective, Inc., the nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness for international human rights, children’s advocacy, environmental preservation and the humane treatment of animals.
