ASPIRE: The After School Program for Immigrant and Refugee Education (ASPIRE) serves Latino, Slavic and Asian Pacific Islander students at three southeast Portland schools -- Binnsmead, Marysville and Lent. We work with students in grades 4 through 8 and their families by providing case management services that are targeted to enhance the educational abilities of the children.
ASPIRE coordinates and implements after school activities that support the students’ educational, cultural and social development. ASPIRE is a program of the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO).
