Founded in 2023, The Headache Alliance (THA) emerged from the Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy (AHDA) to address the widespread impact of migraine and other headache disorders, the third leading cause of global disability. Recognizing gaps in education, advocacy, and research, THA was created as a powerful solution.

Together, THA and AHDA work tirelessly to raise awareness, influence policy, and provide essential support to millions of Americans.

We envision a world where those affected by headache disorders are free from stigma and receive the understanding and care they deserve.
