In addition to the 24 hour Phone line, CONTACT responds to the needs of the community in the following ways: 1) By providing accurate information regarding available community services: a front line of defense against the anxiety which comes from not knowing where to turn through our Information & Referral service. 2)By providing daily calls to the elderly who live alone in an effort to assist them in continuing to live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
