    We will lead a community in identifying, mentoring, and training underprivileged youth, at risk youth, and transitional youth, through education, athletics, entertainment and the arts. Thereby, creating intelligent, confident, and empowered youth prepared for the ever-changing world.

    About Us

    Identify the youth that need our program. Approach each child’s needs separately, and design a plan specifically for that child using the E.L.A.D. Philosophy

    Engage with youth and parents to develop individualized plans to educate and expose children to new options and technology.

    ELAD is dedicated to being of service to the transitional age youth from 18 to 24. We are focused on giving these kids who age out of the system, come from juvenile detention, or any other program with nowhere to go and no options what we call A.O.G.(Access, Opportunity & Guidance?
