We are dedicated to empowering teachers and leaders to meet the challenges set by higher standards, unfinished instruction, and institutional racism by providing immersive instructional equity professional development through our Virtual Summits and in-person Standards Institutes, free high-quality standards-aligned resources for the classroom, and other professional learning opportunities.

Who we are

We are a team of former classroom teachers, curriculum writers, school leaders and education experts who have worked in the public, private and nonprofit sectors.

UnboundEd is a virtual organization and employees can be based anywhere in the United States. UnboundEd has core business hours where we expect all staff to be available from 10 am to 6 pm ET and occasional travel will be required once it is safe to travel again given the COVID-19 pandemic.
