About Us
Redeemer Ministry Corps (RMC) is a long-term volunteer program that is sponsored by the Sisters of the Redeemer. RMC's strive to be a caring, comforting and healing presence in the world to all God's creation.
Volunteers serve in ministries throughout the Holy Redeemer Health System and the local community. They respond to the challenge to live in partnership with the community, through a simple lifestyle and in ministry to others, recognizing that our actions impact the earth and earth's people.
We offer volunteer placements in the following areas: Nurse/Nurse's Aide, Hospice Nursing and Patient Care, Home Care, Pastoral Care, Physical and Occupational Health, Oncology Patient Assistance, Elder Care, Housing Issues/Poverty Relief, Social work/case management, Teaching/teaching assistants, Environmental Advocacy - Garden Coordinator
