    CHP is a not-for profit 501(c)3 agency incorporated since 1975. Programs are supported by state and federal funds, grants, and funds from our generous donors. Community Health Programs (CHP)is located in Great Barrington, MA. CHP is the parent agency for the CHP Health Center, a federally qualified health center; the CHP First Steps Program, an Early Interevtion Program; the CHP WIC Program, providing food and nutrition services to pregnant woman and children through age 5; and the CHP Family Network, providing education and support services to all families with children.
