About Us

"We know it is not easy to change the world, but we believe that if you change one life, you can truely make a difference and can, in facy, change the whole world"

Who We Are: Sunflower Children is an international family of local and non-grovernmental humanitarian aid organizations providing survival and developmental care for underprevilege children throughout the world.

How We Aid: Sunflower's survival and developmental efforts encompass medical, nutritional, psychological, educational and humanitarian support that nurture survival, health, growth and hope for orphaned, disabled, abandoned, refugee and impoverished children.

Seattle Chapter Projects: Sunflower Children Seattle Chapter funds two projects!

NEPAL - Future Hope School Future Hope School is not only a school, but a place of safety, love and community for 55 street kids of Kathmandu. Our events help provide school supplies, one meal a day, hygiene and minor health needs for impoverished children 3-11 years of age.

SOUTHERN INDIA - Island of Hope Island of Hope, located in Virudunagar is an orphanage and educational center for children displaced by the Tsunami in 2004. Seattle Chapter help provide vaccination, health and education for 98 children.

We would love to have you get involved whether it's by making a donation on our website, donating auction items, attending our events, or volunteering your time with our chapter - any help you can offer is always appreciated.
