Violence Free Futures (VFF) is dedicated to serving victims of domestic violence. Our programs can be broken into four key areas: Residential, Outreach, Intervention and Prevention.
Residential - Our residential program provides immediate safety and support to those fleeing violent situations. Clients are offered case management, individual and group counseling for children and adults, and education/training. While staying in the shelter, clients have the opportunity to learn, grow, and build themselves up to the person they want to be.
Prevention - Our Prevention Education Program received a "top ranking" nationally by the Federal Office of Education and the Office of Family Violence Prevention. This program provides a series of three sessions on violence prevention and education, free of charge, to the seven school districts in Greene County.
Intervention - VFF provides intervention services including: DIVERT (Domestic Intervention for Violence Emergency Response Team), emergency hospital response, Batterer's Intervention and our 24 hour crisis hotline.
Outreach - Our outreach services help to meet the needs of clients who are not currently part of our residential program. Individual and group counseling sessions are available to community residents.
