Communities In Aid
Communities In Aid is an organization dedicated to providing short and long term assistance to communities afflicted by natural disaster. CIA will provide this assistance by networking our resources with those from other community’s organizations and relief agencies to avoid duplication and waste. We will pull resource and funding from our communities to service areas in need. CIA will provide support through acquiring and distributing needed supplies, volunteers and manual labor. CIA believes that each community is different and special there for requiring different services, Communities In Aid will assess each communities needs on a case by case basis knowing we can adapt our service to fit those of the communities we are serving.
CIA currently is providing assistance to persons afflicted by hurricane Katrina from New Orleans to Moss Point, MS. Volunteers are always needed in these areas to help rebuild.
