Management internship for future CEOs

Actif is a social impact startup based in Lisbon aiming to improve the quality of life in seniors around Europe. We believe in remote and results oriented work. We want to activate your enterpreneur mindset and be part of the CEO daily tasks during this intership. We want to prepare you to be an amazing future CEO and for that in this internship you will have contact with the high management body and be part of most of strategic decisions and management tasks of the company.

During this process you will be able to:

• Develop and propose business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
• Review and create financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

We imagine that most people require time to adapt and learn, but we believe that the best way of learning is by doing. We are not expecting you to have experience on any of those tasks, although it would be helpful if you gather basic management concepts. We value more willingness to learn and drive, and that is what will make you an amazing CEO in the future.

This position is remote and we expect you can commit at least 20h/week. The only requirement is to speak fluently English.
